Terms
- By accessing the website at smartstocknews.net, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Use License
1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Smart Stock News website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
  1. modify or copy the materials;
  2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Smart Stock News website;
  4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  5. transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
2. Any data exported from the website can only be used for internal research, analysis or strategic business decision-making. You cannot resell or redistribute any of the exported data.
3. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Smart Stock News at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
Subscriptions
1. Subscription terms. We may offer you the ability to purchase subscriptions via Stripe. Terms specific to a subscription will be disclosed to you at or prior to the time at which you purchase the subscription, and by purchasing the subscription you are agreeing to those terms.
2. Subscription fees are due in advance and your subscription will automatically renew for the annual or other subscription period you originally signed up for, until you notify us of your decision to terminate your subscription.
3. Free trials and promotional periods. If a subscription commences with a free trial or a promotional period, you will have the right to cancel the subscription prior to the end of the trial or period. If we do not provide you with an online cancellation mechanism, then you may exercise this cancellation right by contacting us. We will email you prior to the end of the free trial or promotional period to remind you that the trial or period is coming to an end, and to give you an opportunity to cancel before the commencement of the paid period. If you do not cancel, we will bill you at the end of the free trial or promotional period, and your subsequent cancellation rights will be in accordance with the terms specific to the subscription.
4. Cancellations. Cancellation can be performed via the billing portal on the Account Settings page or via email to contact@smartstocknews.net.
5. Refunds.
  1. For Premium, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can get a full refund on subscription fees up to 30 days (unless otherwise specified at time of purchase) from the initial date of purchase (i.e., subscription date). After 30 days, the fees for this product are completely non-refundable. Refund requests can be made to contact@smartstocknews.net.
  2. For Smart Stock Investor, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can get a full refund on subscription fees up to 90 days from the initial date of purchase (i.e., subscription date). After 90 days, the fees for this product are non-refundable with the exception of our performance guarantee. Refund requests can be made to contact@smartstocknews.net.
6. Multi-Year Subscription Terms and Conditions.
  - If you purchase a multi-year subscription to a component of the service (a “Multi-Year Subscription”), you are entitled to access such components covered by your online order for such Multi-Year Subscription (collectively, an “Order”) for as long as such components of the service are offered and supported by us. We reserve the right to revise the terms or make changes to the Multi-Year Subscription, which will be communicated in these Terms of Service. Once you have purchased a Multi-Year Subscription, your membership will last until the earlier of the subscription term length or for as long as we continue to offer the components of the service for which you have purchased a Multi-Year Subscription, unless you earlier choose to cancel your service account in accordance with these Terms of Service or we discontinue business operations related to the services. We make no warranties as to the expected duration of access to the Multi-Year Subscription. In receiving a Multi-Year Subscription, you acknowledge and agree that the components of the services for which you purchase a Multi-Year Subscription could change or terminate in the future.

Smart Stock News makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
